Online Yoga Classes

MS Chair Yoga

Thursdays 10am - 11:30am live on zoom

10 classes per term (held during school terms)

A one hour gentle chair based class with a small amount of optional standing time followed by a 30 minute chat. Participants explore mind, body and breath at their own pace. Strength, flexibility and stability are important as the body needs to keep moving otherwise function can be lost.

By developing self-awareness, using breath work and relaxation the nervous system can be influenced to improve the students sense of well-being. They have a diverse range of mobility and simply love the supportive network fostered by this class. It is a place where ideas are shared to empower them in their every day life.

Individual / Small Group Restorative Yoga Sessions

Enjoy some well deserved time out to refresh the self by booking an Individual or small group session for some ‘me’ time.

Session times range from 1 hour 15 mins to day workshops (10:30am - 3pm) depending on day of the week.

Readings / Numerology

Using the Tarot cards, Diane works with you to uncover the truth about your current situation. The cards will provide a snapshot in time.
